Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the first thing to do is contact us online, or through our Facebook page.

If the product is unopened and in original condition, we will gladly refund the purchase price minus shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

  1. Please email hello@unify.services to request a refund. You will need to organise postage and handling at your expense.
  2. Mail your returned item to:

  3. Please email once you have sent the item back or dropped it off at our office.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened.

Pre-paid annual or 3 Year subscription costs for all Software As A Service (SaSS) cannot be refunded.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
